"Great amenities however no in room ELECTRIC kettle. Only kettle was one on an induction stove which took forever to heat. Also insufficient clear signage to access lobby for example . If you enter building 3 from the street it is not clear if you are going along the correct corridor. In fact I eventually found the access through another underground car park which was bizarre . Also on my first night l didn’t leave the do not disturb sign on my door handle not expecting room service to attend to and service our room at 8:42am. How ridiculous! Still on the positive the food at rockford bar and grill was excellent and the front desk staff were also excellent"

"Our stay the hotel was amazing. The room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. The food from the lounge and restaurant was amazing. During our stay, Revelstoke was under seige from seed bugs. Although harmless, they were a pest when it came to enjoying our deck off the room. Management at the hotel was very understanding and made sure we were looked after. My wife and I have stayed here a few times before this recent trip and would have zero hesitation planning another stay at The Coast Hillcrest."

"The room was clean, spacious and well decorated. Thoughtful designed with appropriate coat hooks, towels racking, and washroom placement diving up the suite. Loved the Rocky Mountain soap. Would Definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"Had a lovely stay at the Regent Labour Day weekend. Staff was friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety! Only issue we had was that the thermostat in our room was not working, so we just left the windows open. I would not hesitate to recommend the Regent to my friends/family."
