"We highly recommend this hotel! Our room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Bed was comfortable and offered uninterrupted sleep, Bed and bath linens were clean and towels were fluffy. The breakfast bar offered a variety of hot and cold options with plenty of comfortable seating. The serving area was especially clean and well maintained. Vanessa was the front desk agent during our stay and she is a stellar employee. Her in-person and phone manner is exceptional. She offers assistance with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism. She is among the best to have ever served us. We are more than satisfied with our experience at Quality Inn. Thank you very much!"

"I booked this property for 5 nights and had to move out early. After the first night, I reported that the toilet was leaking sewage onto the floor and that the TV’s sound was distorted. They had no intention of fixing the problems or moving me to another room. Not once in 3 days did I get any housekeeping. The last night that I was there I flipped on the lights and the cockroaches were crawling everywhere. That was the last straw and I forfeited the money for the rest of my stay. The furniture in the room was terrible. No chair whatsoever, chest of drawers had no drawers."
