"Cons: from the time we arrived at the parking lot, we saw trash flowing out from both of the trash bins outside, nobody bothered to clear them. After we checked in, the elevator was another shock. It was so filthy, spilled liquid and dirty tissues on the floor. Then from the elevator walking to our room, the hallway was full with trash debris everywhere. How can any staff working there saw these but choose to ignore them. I think Comfort inn can do better than this. Please clean up your public areas. It’s embarrassing. Pros: Room was big and cleaned. Bed was comfortable. "

Bed was clean; room comfortable. Manager said the place was to be renovated in June. No refund possible because we booked through Expedia. I wonder if Expedia will do something?"
