"We had an amazing trip to Serenity. The staff is there to help with whatever you need. Our butler was great. He helped plan our excursions and book our dinners every night. He was always present but not intrusive. The room was wonderful. The outside gazebo and plunge pool were relaxing and a nice getaway from others. I would recommend breakfast in your room every morning. Also spend time at the pool and bar - you will meet great people - both the staff and visitors. I would recommend this trip to any couple who wants to get away from the chaos and reconnect. "

During the stay, irregularities arose relating to the organization and oversight of the premises. These included confusion regarding operational management, inconsistencies surrounding the availability of the reserved accommodation, and a lack of clear communication regarding guest arrangements. The accommodation originally reserved was not available for the full duration anticipated, resulting in temporary arrangements prior to an adjustment being made later in the reservation period. Additional concern arose regarding guest privacy and the safeguarding of personal belongings. Communication was made regarding a personal item believed to have been left behind after departure. Despite reasonable inquiry, no response or resolution was provided regarding its recovery. "Ocean was visible from the other side of the hotel, the rooms were smaller but clean, no hot water for shower in the mornings, and an excellent shuttle to the airport in the morning for our large group. "

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The Condo was spotless and well maintained. the bed and pillows were fantastic, we slept amazing. It was quiet and relaxing. Our Beautiful Hostess Greeted us upon arrival and made sure we got settled in and had everything we needed. she was easily accessible and helped with any arrangements we needed. "Everything was nice and clean and pretty new looking. That being said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of some small things that seem unfinished around the room we had. Like they were very new and didn't have enough silverware or plates, cups and glasses. We had enough as it was only 2 of us, but if you had more, you would have been short. And things like the light switches need to be finished in. The tap water was safe to drink but often got cloudy so you would have to wait for it clear up. The pool was very nice to have after a long day of hiking. It was convenient to have the Torraille waterfall right there but really, you don't need a lot of time there to experience it. The driveway was super steep so just be prepared for that. We had a small economy car and it did just fine but we were definitely nervous the first time going down and up the driveway. Wendel was a great property manager and was excellent about responding to texts! I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay somewhere with a local feel as opposed to a big resort hotel. "
