" Wonderful Family Stay! We had a fantastic family trip to Coconut Bay Resort! It’s only five minutes from the airport — perfect after traveling with our two-year-old. The staff truly stood out — friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to have concierge service, which made our first family vacation stress-free. We loved Silk, the Asian-themed restaurant — amazing food, ambiance, and service. The Italian restaurant was also great, and the Beach Hut offered delicious poolside options. The resort is very clean, with newly renovated rooms that felt fresh and modern. Our son loved the pool and water slide, and the mocktail menu for kids was a nice touch. A few small notes: pre-arrival dinner reservation help would’ve been great since our flight delay caused late bookings. Also, we learned about the concierge phone and nightly snack service (like chips and salsa) only at the end — would’ve been nice to have throughout. Overall, fantastic staff, great food, and family-friendly atmosphere — we’d absolutely stay again! "

"My host was a lovely young lady, very professional and courteous. If I’m ever in St Lucia again…I will definitely stay at daze off again. The establishment was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, calm, peaceful and quiet. Two thumbs all the way up!!!"

"I was so surprised to see how beautiful this house is inside — absolutely gorgeous! Even the taxi driver was shocked when he saw it. Although I only rented one room, I had full use of the entire house upstairs and downstairs, and I was the only guest during my stay. It felt like home, and if I had brought family with me, it would have been one happy household. The host and her aunt are incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond — the host even drove me to the airport at no cost. Their warmth made my stay truly special. The location is perfect, especially being so close to the airport, and the value is excellent compared to hotels. If I return to St. Lucia with my family, this will be the first and last place I stay. The combination of the home’s beauty, the great price, and the wonderful hospitality makes it unbeatable. Thank you to the host and her aunt for everything — you made my trip unforgettable! "

"this is such a lovely property with a million dollar view. the apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had reliable wifi during my stay. the full kitchen was well appointed and the villa’s owner, Ruphena, even stocked a complimentary supply fresh fruits and beverages which made my stay feel like home away from home. the property is located on a quiet road not far from the UVF airport. Ruphena is truly the best part of the property. she truly is went above and beyond to accommodate my stay and make my family member’s birthday one to remember. i would definitely stay at this property again. "This property was exceptional as is Bonnie who owns it . We rented the private villa with a private pool . There were 5 bathrooms in total in this villa , with 3 spacious bedrooms. Overall, the accommodations were as extraordinary as the view , local culture and amenities . We give this 5 stars plus ! "

"DO NOT BOOK HERE. THIS IS A SCAM. We paid for a night when our flight was canceled. Then the property informed us of a 3 night minimum. The booking should have been refused but instead they took our money and refused to refund. I have all the documentation but Hotels.com states they cannot help. Avoid dealing with this property and owner. "
