"Paid for a premium room with a balcony and the problem was that the balcony was functionally unusable due to: A strong smell of oil present on the ground and direct view of a dumpster, service entrance, multiple vehicles, and spilled debris, Called the desk for a request to move rooms and was met with “we cannot help you”. The recommendation is to not book a balcony room. Also insulated that by not directly booking on their site was detrimental to the reservation process."

"This stay was amazing. The staff was always helpful, I stayed for 5 nights and the room felt like home away from home."

"This hotel really needs to be updated. It is very old. Wow it is trying to compete and charging up-to-date pricing. The pool was nice, but in every other aspect of the hotel, it is very antiquated. The breakfast staff was very rude as people were coming in to eat breakfast and they were continually taking things out. The breakfast also should be beyond 930 you do not have to check out until 11. The desk receptionist was very nice. Anita Wood."

"The room we initially checked into had a broke door that could be opened by simply pushing the door. But Sky , the woman working the front desk immediately switched our rooms and all was fine! Great customer service by the way!"

"The staff are exceptionally nice! As for my room, I got a hottub room and even tho it was nice when I walked in the trash cans were sitting on the desk and there is no where and I mean no where to put your clothes, no even a wrack in the closet to hang them"

"Very clean hotel and the staff is very friendly. They have four electric car charging stations in the back parking lot that work perfectly and give off 7 kW. Free to use as long as you're staying at the hotel."

"The breakfast was average. We chose the hotel based on it having an indoor pool which was down for maintenance. That was not listed on their site. Very few staff around."
