"The experience was very disappointing. Within 5 minutes of arriving we checked the hottub and it was cold. This was the main reason for getting a cabin as we wanted a private hotub. I called it in and a maintenance man arrived saying theres nothing he can do and it wont be fixed during our stay. Once we unpacked we noticed the pull out couch was broke and sitting on the floor. It was leaning forward so we couldnt sit and relax. I had to sit at the kitchen table to watch tv. I also called this in...

"Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and I loved how close to town the Microtel is. The rooms are on the small size, but I think I really like the smaller rooms. "

"Online Check in was great, easy. Room was clean and well equipped. Property is undergoing renovation so doesn't look great now, but hopefully will improve. Easy dining options in area. Property is just at the exit of Roaring Forks so easy access if you come that way. "
