"Staff was great but room was smelly and carpet was nasty. Bathroom was moldy. put a towel in tub so I would not be barefoot in tub. Breakfast, not! No working ice machine on entire property Again, staff was great! Just wish there was a better choice in Franklin!!"

"The stay here was better than expected. Front desk was great. The beds were comfy the pillows slept well, water pressure and temp in shower was good. TV was not working upon check in but it was fixed the next day. They have the usual common continental breakfast, area for breakfast was kept clean and tidy. A guest was annoyingly LOUD on the phone two mornings we were out for breakfast. Pretty decent stay. "
