"We had booked three rooms out for ourselves and other family members. The property is in a brilliant location. There is no onsite service parking but free parking outside the front of the property. The entry instructions given were clear. All of the rooms had everything that you need in there. They are not very big rooms but big enough if only used to sleep in which is what we used it for. There was a well stocked welcome basket in each room which was a lovely touch which contained sweets,...

"Really nice b&b in an historic and interesting house.
Host was really friendly and breakfasts were really good.
Large bedroom, plenty of space for clothes.
Right opposite the Abbey and near local amenities.
Would certainly return."

"Beautiful room in a lovely hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. Extra touches in the room like homemade biscuits and a little decanter of port were thoughtful and much appreciated. Really nice finishes in room and bathroom. Comfy bed and a fantastic fan for warm nights! Definitely recommend a drink in the courtyard. We'll definitely be back."

"This is my second visit (2025 and 2026) to the King's Head Inn. Suited my purpose very well. Clean and comfortable; good breakfast; good beer in the bar. Value for money. If I'm in Warwick at the same time next year I'll probably book here again."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Queens Hotel! Beautiful building, fast check in/out, spacious and comfortable rooms with great amenities, delicious breakfast etc."
"I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Gloucester and was genuinely impressed. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully modern, and thoughtfully equipped (they even provide brollies, which was such a nice touch).
The reception staff were super friendly, and our waitress at dinner was lovely, making the evening feel relaxed and welcoming. Dinner itself was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt fresh and comfortable.
There were a couple of service issues worth mentioning. Breakfast was quite slow — I waited 30 minutes just for a cup of tea, and the team didn’t seem fully in sync. At one point I overheard a manager speaking sharply and dressing down an employee, which felt uncomfortable as a guest, (more so for him I’me sire). Later that evening, drinks in the restaurant took over 40 minutes to arrive, which was surprising given how good the dinner service itself was.
Overall, though, this is a clean, modern, and stylish hotel with excellent staff in most areas, and I would stay again, especially if the restaurant becomes more coordinated."
"The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone visiting the Royal Shakespeare theatre, or wanting to visit Stratford upon Avon. Located just by the river, it is walking distance to the town and it is a beautiful walk.
The staff are brilliant and even when there was a small issue with our room, it was sorted out immediately.
We've stayed here multiple times for the theatre and will stay again."
"What a charming historic hotel right in the heart of Stratford! Our room was lovely and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We could easily walk to all attractions. Breakfast was included and was excellent. J would definitely stay again."
