"Room was clean. I was able to turn up the heat to be warm. The shower was warm to my liking. They tried to put me in a room away from the hockey people but there was still some kid running back and forth in a hall for an hour late into the night. TV was so big the brightness hurts my eyes. Buffet was good in the morning. The staff was frazzled and complaining about the hockey people. The warm cookie was nice. I was so hungry and tired. I would have liked room service but it wasn’t available here."

"Excellent location and well maintained property but parking is a nightmare. Driving to lobby to unload your luggage is impossible as the valley has blocked whole area by parking cars there. It took us 30 min wait before we gave up and went to a nearby parking lot and dragged our luggage."

"Love this place! I've stayed there before, and it's always great. It's unusual, in that it's all self check-in, but that also means that it's super quiet, and very relaxed. The design is great, and the hotel might be the most stylish I've ever stayed at in Pittsburgh, and it's usually a great bargain too."

"We stayed one night before flying out early the next morning. We took advantage of the bistro for dinner and enjoyed visiting with the waitress/cook there. The facility is beautiful and the bed was comfortable. A slight drawback was entrance to the building as there wasn't a ramp and carrying our bags up and down the outside steps wasn't fun."

"Room was fine and met our needs. Breakfast and fitness center are good. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff person was not very friendly and did not seem to enjoy her job. She also smoked at the front entrance while on break. Not a good look for someone handling food."
