"The hotel was in a great location for us and we were really pleased with the communication and condition of the room. This was more like an apartment than a hotel room - in a good way. The facilities were top notch and everything was very clean. Madrid is a lovely city and on our next trip we will definitely be staying at the Rosia Centro."

"It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes. We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to...
