"Although this property was advertised as ocean view, there is no view or access to the ocean from this location, which is why we booked it there. The staff there were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure the lack of ocean access didn't ruin our trip. Glendon and Daniel gave us tips on where to go and we had an amazing time. They were so kind and went WAY above and beyond with our luggage and accommodation. They truly saved Courtyard from getting a bad review. "

"The front desk personnel were very good to work with us due to our rental car breaking down on us. They allowed us extra time at checkout to get a new car and get our stuff out. The grits at breakfast were amazing!! The drawback was the hot tub. I booked this hotel for the reason it had a hot tub. There were some workers that were staying there, and they were drinking and had the hot tub filled the entire time, so I was not able to use it at all. "
