"I am surprised how this room has passed the laws to be qualified as a bookable accommodation. No ventilation - There is no proper ventilation in the room. Just a small window next to kitchen, that has no grill or safety. So you can not sleep keeping it open. We were in Paris during some really hot days, and without ventilation this room was like an oven. Tiny bathroom - They have carved out a very small bathroom from within the room. "The location is really close to the metro station which required 30 mins to the tourist area. Fit for travellers who like to live in residential area rather than tourist area. The apartment has all the facilities you need except a washing machine. There is a bus stop just next to the apartment building. But if you are living on the first floor, the bus arrival announcement is a bit disturbing."

"Great place. Only 1 block from Metro, bus stops in front of the hotel and tram is just across the street. Very clean, well kept, fast excellent response from the whatsapp team. Staff were constantly cleaning and were helpful and responsive. With Metro most Paris attractions are under 30 minutes. Lots of grocery stores and cafes close by."

"Beautiful, charming, old hotel that looks like it used to be an apartment. The rating is primarily due to the customer service. They have very strange reception desk hours and they will just change whenever they feel like it. Checkin time is really late at 4pm. We arrived around 2:30 and they wanted to charge us 15 euros just to hold our luggage for an hour. We felt nickel and dimed.
