"Very basic, outdated hotel/motel. We had an hotel room with entrance inside the building. Our room smelled musty and the carpet was a bit sticky. The bed was older and you could feel all the springs. The bathroom was very small and outdated. The bathtub floor was stained brown/black. The room was mostly clean but was expecting more. Parking was ok, breakfast was basic. If I was in the area again, I would likely pick another place. The front desk guy was very nice at check in. We did not use the WiFi or shuttle service. "

"They did not have a room available for us when we arrived. We were turned away and had to find another hotel at midnight."

"This was a two day trip to Pittsburgh. The location of the hotel was good for us. We were able to get in our room before 4 PM. We had two issues with our room, but when we spoke to the front desk, they did take care of them. Our blow dryer did not work and our toilet would not flush properly. The hotel was very quiet in the evening. This is a type of hotel to stay one or possibly two nights. It is fairly close to downtown Pittsburgh."

"This property is a little outdated for the price. I’m a Hilton Honors member and only stay At Hilton when traveling. The rooms are clean this property just needs an update ."

"The front desk staff, Ricardo, was awesome. He helped me out with some extra pillows again. Great job and very friendly. The over night front desk gentleman was outstanding also. Made me a fresh pot of coffee in the early morning. Thanks guys Now the rooms are to be desired for. 1 the room air conditioner is controlled automatically through the thermostat, you are not able to just turn the fan on manually and the room either gets really cold and then shuts off then the room gets really hot. Guests need to be able to control the air conditioner as they see fit. 2. The rooms walls are way to thin and we were up all night for our second stay here in less than a month. Both stays were sleepless nights."
