"This was one of the cleanest and well kept hotels I have stayed in. Staff was friendly, check in and out was a breeze. Pool area was well maintained. "

The outlet next to the sink didn't work, the TV remote was broken, very noisy bathroom fan, and a number of other small things related to an older building that has not been properly kept up to date. The staff was helpful with some extra towels and the bathroom seemed clean. "

"The hotel opened 3 days before we checked in. So I thought there might be some issues with personnel working out the operational kinks. But everything went smoothly and every employee I dealt with was cheerful and helpful. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was quite good with three different hot choices each day. It seems to me that those options can be depleted pretty easily however, depending on the size of the breakfast crowd. If it is busy, its difficult for the staff to keep the food...

"Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We didn’t even have any special needs, bit the guest service team was incredible…from check in to passing the housekeeping in the hall. Ayden especially was fantastic. Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona."
