What the problem with my stay was breakfast was to be available till 10:00am and when I walked into the breakfast area at 9:58am the breakfast bar was dismantled, and the staff was rudely blunt that breakfast was over. Also, the availability for coffee in the lobby was quickly taken away. I am used to Hilton locations where coffee is always available, and breakfast is open longer and to go options are available when not. This will keep me from choosing Hyatt in the future.

Arrived late at night-front desk check in was odd-room smelled awful like a rotten ham sandwich and the smell didn’t go away at all-difficult to sleep in, tv did not work, no blanket for pull out couch which we needed, strange human hair on linens of one of the beds.The next morning the new person at the front desk was wonderful.

I’ve stayed here before and was very happy with it, which is why I chose this again. This time was disappointing in that we couldn’t get the room serviced or supplies (coffee packs, soap, etc.) even though we asked on multiple occasions. We wound up having to go directly to the supply closet ourselves to get things. Our trash was overflowing by the time we checked out. Management did offer a coupon for a free night when we checked out but I’m not sure if I’ll return.
