I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....

the hotel is in a beautiful setting with views of the lake. The staff were very helpful. The accomodation is very comfortable and spacious. A very good breakfast cooked to order. I would suggest you need a car to benefit all that the area has to offer. Overall an excellent stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! Felt less commercialised than some of the other hotels we stayed in which was nice, lots of wildlife around. We enjoyed the pool and bar area and the hot tubs were great to sit in in the early evening. Breakfast was really good and set us up well for the day. Nice there was a short trail on site too. Rooms was spacious and felt quite private with a good space out the front to sit.

Superb, secure location. Lovely campus. Peaceful, tranquil. Absolutely fantastic buffet breakfast. Lunch/Dinner menu not great. Poolside bar and grill lovely. Really enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the rooms. We had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend.

The room was spacious, perfect for two people. The bathroom was also big and cormfortable with a hairdryer. You're surrounded by nature and can see many bords from the balcony while having breakfast from your room. My only two criticisms are, first that the pillows available are too thick, second is that the wifi didn't always work properly in the evening.

We booked all 3 pods for a 1 night stay on the way back to the airport after touring Costa Rica and all were excellent, privately located with an outdoor kitchen, toilet, shower, balcony and jacuzzi. Although quite remote, they do offer a takeaway delivery service from a local restaurant, and the town is approx 15 minutes away. Important to note that the transparent pod is down a steep windy narrow path with lots of uneven steps, which is quite difficult to walk up and down and a real challenge...

The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay. Breakfast had a great choice and was delicious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We really loved our stay.

Manager is very nice and did everything to make our stay Pleasant. He helped with transport and booking tours and even helped us get home to guanacaste as we were let down by shuttle company. The hotel is having maintanence as we speak which should help as is in need of it. It is a 15 dollar taxi to saint elena but near to Selvatura and manager dropped us there for an excellent day !!Beautiful view of Arenal lake and volcano and a nice breakfast. Thanks eulogy for looking after us. See you...
