"We had a great stay here! The hotel was wonderful, with a private little cabin that felt very cozy and peaceful. The air conditioning was strong and worked really well, and the chairs and hot tub outside the room were definitely highlights. One thing to note is that you need to fill the hot tub quite a while in advance before you can use it, so it is better to plan ahead. The hotel is also not far from La Fortuna town, which is very convenient. The water pressure was not particularly strong, but it was still perfectly adequate. Since the cabins are surrounded by nature, you will inevitably see some small bugs around the room and outside. So if you are not comfortable with insects, this may not be the best choice. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it."

"Everything about this place was amazing. The staff, the gardens, and the wildlife were all top notch! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a luxurious resort feel with exceptional staff. The only downside to our experience was that we paid for the delux river bungalow but there was no view of the river from our room at all. If I would have known that, I would have been fine with the garden bungalows because it was the same view. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely do it again!"

"Excellent stay. Food is okโฆbreakfast and dinner are not that great but breakfast is free. Dinner is not. Other than that, once you hike the volcano and check out the waterfall, there isnโt much else to do in the town so the resort is the most exciting thing to do and will be a highlight of your trip. Let them take you on a sightseeing tour and theyโll spot animals for you that you wouldnโt otherwise see. Horseback riding, coffee tours, etc. truly impeccable place. if they improved the food quality, this place would be a 100/100"

"An absolutely beautiful stay in Monteverde. CR! The hotel was gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed. The aesthetics and attention to detail throughout the property really stood out, creating a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent with a great experience with limited options. I also really appreciate the complimentary coffee, especially while enjoying the beautiful views surrounding the property. It was the perfect way to start the day and take in the incredible scenery of Monteverde. Overall, a wonderful hotel with beautiful surroundings, great amenities, and a memorable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monteverde."
