I paid on Expedia with Apple Pay and when I got there they said they didn’t accept cash or Apple Pay I ended up having to sleep in my car

The lock didn’t work on our door and the fridge wasn’t working either. Plus our room smelled like smoke. The manager was very nice and got us another room on the same floor. That room didn’t have the security latch. We changed rooms again. That door didn’t latch and the smoke detector was beeping. Then found out there are homeless people permanently living there on the property. Im a woman and was staying there alone with my 3 kids and did not feel safe. We did not stay and the manager agreed to giving me a full refund. The property is not well maintained and the whole place seems very rundown. When I saw the name Radisson I expected a lot more.

This was the worst night in a hotel in my life! The hotel has people living in it. There were lots of dogs everywhere barking all night. The safety lock on our room was broken. The heater did not work and we could not get extra blankets or pillows. The shower barely worked correctly, spraying water everywhere. Someone hit our car in the middle of the night even though security was on site. There is no cameras anywhere. The front desk would not talk to me about my experience or allow me to talk to the manager. The only reason we even stayed there was because we had our 6 month old baby and it was already late on a holiday weekend.

The sheets were dirty - make sure to check the sheets. bathroom smelled like mold. I had to stay an extra night and paid for it on Expedia, the front desk person said NP and would make a note but the next day, they had given my room to someone else.

Terrible, the pictures are misleading, room is smell and sheets are dirty, and trash is all around the property. This property seems to rent to voucher tenants or used as homeless shelters, there is trash and personal belongings strewn about. This property is not safe to stay, i heard men’s talking loud outside 3am in the morning, I worry about my car got broken in by the homeless, the room is loud and I couldn’t sleep all night 😟 Expedia should give us a full refund

Stylish, clean, and comfortable. Great customer service and friendly staff. Great selection of food and drink for breakfast, including fresh juice and waffles! Walking distance to a beautiful public beach.

Showed up to police and an ambulance there. Belongings chained to the fence in the back. Lots of people peeking out if the doors that turn out to be homeless. Left 3 teens in the room when I ran to Walmart and a couple knocked and shook the handle. It should be disclosed that there are homeless living there, I assume there’s been issue’s because there are security guards outside.

Paid full price for a hotel that is a homeless shelter. 3 cops cars and an ambulance were at the property on arrival. 2 men sat outside our door at 2am talking and smoking. Car horns and alarms going off at night. Dog poo on the fake grass. Literally barricaded ourselves in the room for the night and worried about the safety of our vehicle in the car park. Understand the need for homeless housing but think it should be just dedicated to that.
