"-outlets without the usb port seems to be a downer as it is turned into a common feature in hotel stays. -hooks in the bathroom for towels bathing suits woulda been nice. Maybe a hook or two on the door then, a few plastic hooks in the shower by the shower head for the swim suits (since the main attraction is the water park) -coffee stands! Make it a whole part time job for people to go around to every building and place a coffee stand (first come first serve) and have them do rounds for refills. I’m not sure on how blue prints go for the park but there’s got to be a way to get your guests free coffee in the mornings. It’s a blessing to wake up but also you feel like family when you get free cup of coffee. Thank you for listening"

"Checked in and staff was rude and judgmental. Got our room and the room was dirty. I’m talking dirty bathroom, both beds not made, sofa bed out and dirty, wet towels everywhere. Like someone just checked out. Went to tell the front desk and they seemed mad at me and my party . Saying “well you checked it at 6:30 and checkout is at 4) like what ?! That’s enough time to clean our room before we checked in. They gave us another room. This room had mildew or mold all over the bathroom walls. The breakfast was good. Their waffle makers need to be cleaned more frequently and the coffee was cold. Also please include more meat that isn’t pork. The pool is sadly small. There were kids running around everywhere. The hallways, the gym, the parking lot everywhere just “being kids”"
