"Room - very clean and turned down every day - each of three day stay same care and high presentation as the first day Staff very helpful on arrival - giving early access to room - when I arrived early just hoping to drop bag in storage Breakfast variety and quality was outstanding - can easy say those Italian croissants were better than French ones en Provence ! Great location - only 5minute walk to Milano Centrale rail station Real convenient for my trips to Lecco which took in hiking Piani D’Erna in the Alps Highly recommend - sure to visit again …"

"Surprisingly good service and amenities! First, the staff was genuine in their concern to do whatever they could for guests at all times. Very clean but small room with daily cleaning. We were skeptical about the promise of always available snacks and drinks, and of the crowd that might attract, but our concerns were happily unfounded. Great value on all counts. Lovely small outdoor terrace. Easy 30 minute walk to Douro and close access to lovely park and lots of cafe’s (try Eroica, cycling cafe just down the street) and restaurants. "

"Staff was very professional, rooms were small but extremely well designed, did not feel small w/generous bathroom. we were only here for 12 hours but in a young neighborhood, seemed like chinatown with mostly Asian restaurants which were a welcome change from pasta & pizza everywhere. did not see any shops but did not explore this neighborhood due to our short stay."
