"La Torre Del Cestello was in a lovely location. The air conditioning worked amazingly. The hosts were kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaners were great. Unfortunately, the waterfall shower made an extremely load jackhammering sound when we tried to use it, and the Wi-Fi was so unreliable we had to rely on using our data. The TV was not a smart TV, which is fine, but the channels available had a bad signal and were very pixelated. Overall, we had a good stay, but the amenities left something to be desired."

"The location of this hotel can’t be beat. You are in the heart of everything. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. The only suggestion is to request a room in the main building. Our room was in their second building which faces the city street and it was loud on night. The rooms in the main building face inward and do not have this problem. When we said something to the front desk, they immediately looked to move us showing their excellent customer service."

"First time in Italy and what a great introduction to Florence with this great hotel in the middle of this vibrant city. The staff was fun and amazing giving good advice where to dine at traditional restaurants that is walking distance. The best part is the upstairs indoor outdoor breakfast area with good selection of pastry, eggs, bacon etc even fresh honeycomb honey u can spoon it right out. In the evening outdoor terrace serves drinks and cocktail overlooking the city of Florence for a beautiful sunset. The elevator was a bit small and if u took the stairs was a little confusing but that was part of the charm and character of this hotel that made it special. I truly felt like i was experiencing Italy in this hotel and that's what makes traveling most enjoying."

"An excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring the historic centre. Room was perfect, with an excellent bed, very good bathroom and shower, and a proper coffee machine. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and good, though constantly having to queue for poor machine coffee was annoying - and we didn't discover you could request proper coffee until just before we left! Have recommended the hotel to friends and would definitely book it again."

"A cute boutique hotel with close proximity to the old city in Florence. We appreciated the friendly staff, the included apertivo each evening and breakfast spread. The room was sufficiently comfortable but don’t expect much from the AC."
