"Amazing overall in every aspect! The location was great, close to shops and restaurants but at the same time peaceful and quiet. The views to the sea and the castle were unhindered and magnificent! The owners welcomed us in the property and helped us with our luggage. There were plentiful welcoming fruits and sweets and a bottle of local wine!!! "Super cool apartment in the old wall city. NOTE: There is no reception and you need to contact Casa Palma for arrival to arrange meeting for keys and payment. It's like finding a apartment in an ancient maze, but amazing once you find it. We didn't know about contacting the host, we were horrified that it was just closed for the season, but once we called, it was very worth the extra trouble, best stay in Greece."

"This is a very unique medieval castle and the rooms we stayed in were full of amazing character, beautiful architecture and stylish furniture. The staff were amazing, so warm and welcoming, I could not rate them more highly. They went out of their way to care for us. The breakfast every morning was fantastic, just about everything you could want was there and delicious. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for luggage. "We loved everything about it. We had a room with a balcony overlooking Monemvasia and the ocean. Stunning. Parking is along the road that connects Monemvasia to the mainland. This is where EVERYONE parks. The reception is right inside the castle walls but it could be a bit of a walk from there on cobblestones depending where your room is. Breakfast is fantastic and everyone is so nice and helpful. "
