"We have stayed many times here! This trip we stayed in a premium Hokupa'a room with an extended Lanai for the first time! We loved it. The breakfast, snacks and small bites offered at the Lanai were more than we expected and our two boys loved the Lanai. I would also make of note, that the Westin was amazing and accommodating during the power shut off due to the storm. "

"Everything was great! Check-in was easy and on time. The room was clean and tidy, and it was exactly as expected with a partial ocean view. Expedia gave us a great benefit by offering an add-on that included breakfast and a free show ticket. The only thing that could be improved is reducing the parking fee. Overall, the experience was very good."

"Staff was amazing! Room was clean and better than expected, didn’t know I would have a view of the ocean and I got to sit out on the patio to watch the whales. They were great with giving us extra things like laundry soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. Valet team were all wonderful and kind to my family! Will definitely come back to this beautiful property, the pics serve no justice on how marvelous it is. "

We loved that there was a restaurant and bar on site as well as a great place to have breakfast which was very busy, but we called in our order and picked up our food. It was very convenient. The room was very clean and all our needs were met. We will definitely stay again."
