"Very good location and spacious apartment, while the only issue was that they provided merely one tiny roll of toilet paper without any spare roll and no facial tissue paper for three people for two nights, so we needed to purchase additional toilet paper by ourselves after we used up the toilet paper :("

We were left standing in the street for over an hour whilst we tried to call the helpline and engage in a webchat with the hosting company. When someone eventually called us they compounded the situation by lying to us, claiming that someone had been out to us and we were not there.
