"My stay at Bristol Palace was nearly perfect! The personnel is extremely courteous, helpful, eager to make sure your stay goes as well as possible. I extended my stay for a 3rd night and was upgraded to a double room, which was more spacious. Rooms are very clean, quiet, water pressure is wonderful. I did not get to try the restaurant Il Giotto, but it seemed like a good bet. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel and Santa Margherita de Ligure. It’s a fantastic place to stay, the area is absolutely beautiful and so easy to get around, the hotel is elegant, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the food was fantastic quality. The breakfasts were superb, the patisserie worthy of Paul Hollywood. We ate once in the evening and it was v good but v expensive and there are some excellent restaurants in Santa Margherita. The poolside service was a bit slow- they bed a bit of training there, but tvat is a mi or matter. I’m telling everyone I know to go there, we loved it so much. Just one word of caution - you do need to be moderately fit or at least not completely unfit - the hotel is on a hill with fantastic views but it’s 130 steps down to the sea. We definitely came back fitter than we left - just as well with all that gorgeous patisserie at breakfast"

"We had a perfect stay in Tigullio. We walked from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to the town/shopping. Everything was close and we were able to walk to get espressos every morning. Perfect location and staff were so welcoming and helped us out with amenities (iron & ironing boards) as we had a wedding nearby. Would 100% recommend to friends and stay here again!"
