"We had heavy luggage as are also going skiing, so the location of HNN right near Principe Train Station & Flixbus stop was a big factor. But it's also an easy walk to all of the old town & the waterfront. When staying in hotels we always like option of a good breakfast included: HNN provides a very good one, with a variety of savoury, sweet, good pastries & cake, unlimited proper coffee, tea, juice, eggs etc. Reception staff v helpful, easy checking, stored our luggage pre & post check-in and checkout."

"Hotel Palazzo Grillo is an incredibly well appointed property with very well thought out facilities and amenities. However, what sets it apart as the premier hotel not only in Genoa but arguably in a global context is the genuine albeit without obsequious hospitality from the staff across the board. Greta in particular stands out as a true exemplar of Genovese charm, kindness and genuine friendliness. Counting the days already until my next reservation at Hotel Palazzo Grillo"

"The bed and bathroom were great! The flooring, room and couch seemed a bit dated, ac was a bit noisy. But service was good. Breakfast was also not bad - cold only but ok. 2 varieties of cold cuts , some cheese, cakes/bread etc The Luxury tag didn’t quite go with my room but all in all it was ok. There was an elevator. The good part was it was just a 2 minute walk from the station . "
