"Toilet was clogged when we checked into room. Gross water all over the floor. Maintenance came up hours later and said housekeeping would come and clean up and they never showed up. We had to use our towels to clean floor. Not issued new towels. Room was antiquated for the price. Front desk/reception was very professional and kind. Bed was comfortable. Loud music and people arguing on our floor at midnight. We wanted to try this hotel but won’t be coming back. We will probably go back to edgewater or river lodge."

"The room had bugs all over the beds smelled horrible no hot water no remote police kept going to different rooms the staff was sloooooow I arrived at 4pm check in was at 3pm the room was not ready till 11:45pm and it was dirty not to mention a used condom on the floor under the table and another in the sheet f gross room was for my 2 sons we ended up leaving land no refund was given not to mention they don’t say that you have to give a $100 deposit for a crappy room and horrible staff lady in the front"

"The air conditioner was not cooling, call front desk two times, nothing was done. Smell was comming out of the bathroom sink that was all ways clog. My room was never done and i stay wednesday thru saturday or towells change. Ice machine broken, was told to go to 6 floor. "

"Toilet system was baked and no one to help, staff had to find plunger, otherwise everything was comfortable, will definitely stay again.."
