"My husband and I recently stayed at The Suryaa Hotel in New Dehli, and what truly made the experience memorable was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely committed to making to make our stay comfortable. It's rare to come across such consistent hospitality and it really stood out. Another highlight was the breakfast. It became an easy staple for how we would start our day and was consistently amazing! There was a great variety, everything was fresh with a little bit for everyone's taste preference. Overall while the hotel itself is lovely it was the people and the little touches that made our stay special. We'd definitely consider coming back again!"

"I'd have given it 4 or 5 stars except for one very bad experience which is causing me to give a poor rating. It has to do with laundry I had put out of my room one morning. A staff person (who was delivering newspapers) grabbed it out of my hands. But I never received it that evening. I called the front desk, but they did not return my call and did not know. Next morning, the same staff person who had picked the laundry bag said he does not remember anything. Different staff people kept asking me what was in the laundry bag. I told them. Eventually, it turned out the hotel had misplaced it. I did get it the next evening. This negative review is because of what happened after that- There was a piece that did not belong to me. I called the front desk around 10.30 p.m. to let them know and I was told they will send someone. No one came. But my phone rang for 4 or 5 times around 12:30 a.m. when I was asleep. When I complained to the front desk next morning that the call was too late and that I was asleep, the response was that it was just a little late. I was told the call had to do with laundry. The hotel thinks calling a guest for non-emergency situations after midnight is fine."

"I had a perfect stay at the Sheraton - so much so that I came back the following week. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the pool is just a lovely bonus. Well equipped gym (not that I used it) and the rooms are great. Breakfast is fantastic. There’s a lovely shopping mall with cool bars and restaurants right next door. A great place to explore delhi. All the staff were fantastic, especially Kapish, Prince and Jeremy front of house. Prakash on the door, Kusum and Arjun in the restaurant and Guita in housekeeping!"
