The staff himself explained that the owner doesn’t wanna keep the hotel maintained because they know they will get the walk in clients because of the prime location. "Hotel did not accept the booking. I called fab hotel team at the number that was provided (+91 704242 4242) and informed them to the situation. Hotel manager (Pradeep Jha) still did not accept the booking so I requested them a refund which still has not been refunded. Ended up having to get another hotel at 10 PM. Will be reporting. "

"Very noisy, Smelly, unclean , damp and fire hazard. The rooms smell really damp and cigarettes at all times. Hotel is right infront of the a cow clinic so there's that smell too. Breakfast was aweful. I saw cockroaches around bread area. Coffee smell like cleaning chemical. There's water everywhere in the room. Because it doesn't drain drain No hand towel The noise from rooftop kitchen makes it very uncomfortable And the fire alarms dont work, so fire hazard. I would avoid it at all costs costs"
