"Had a really lovely stay at Welcome ITC Mohali. The hotel was clean, cozy, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable, the service was consistently excellent, and everyone we interacted with was courteous and welcoming. A special thanks to Yamini Chauhan for going above and beyond to make our stay feel personal. It's rare to come across hospitality that feels so thoughtful and heartfelt, and those little gestures made all the difference. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast buffet, which could offer a bit more variety. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we left with some very fond memories. Looking forward to visiting again."
