"I have a good time. Except when I shower, the drain takes way too long to drain and looks flooded inside the shower. Friendly staff and i enjoyed the breakfast. A lot of options."

"The nicest & most attentive group of people. Though the hotel is not the most modernest of establishments the staff more than make up for this. “Smiles” in the land of smiles. Can’t fault the food. Breakfast was so filling. Although our stay was only short & in the wet season. The National Park gate staff at the waterfall need to learn from the hotel staff on how to smile.. "The room was very clean, and both the Jacuzzi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The fitness facilities were somewhat limited, and while we appreciated having four different breakfast set options to choose from (we tried them all), the overall quality of the breakfast could be improved. Enhancing the breakfast experience would significantly elevate the overall stay."
