This place is wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view out into the garden. The breakfast was big and delicious. The staff are also really friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you Moosi Yard for a beautiful stay!

I had been to many hotel but my experience in The Series resort was one of the most out standing. I will definatly re-visit The Series again.

Very very small fitness, and need to ask staff to open the fitness room.

Great resort. Very helpful staff and good amenities. Breakfast was top tier. Would definitely go back.

Suitable for family

There were a few downsides, but overall I was satisfied and would consider staying here again. 1. I was very pleased with the room design and cleanliness. 2. The biggest issue was the unstable shower. At one point, the hot water stopped completely and I had to use cold water, which was quite inconvenient. When I called the staff, they fixed it quickly and restored the hot water. However, the system itself seemed unstable—about every 30 seconds, the water pressure would drop and the temperature...

Quite okay for short stay. Staffs are friendly and location is good for buck.

This hotel is one of the best forest pool villa I have ever stayed. Privacy is top notch. Room is spacious and extra clean. Italian restaurant in Muthi Maya offers limited menu but excellent in taste and quality. Other restaurants are within 15 minutes drive.

Nice hotel , good accommodation

Big hotel friendly staff at check in who spoke English. I had vip room which is worth the little extra . Clean big room with pool view from one window Well equipped. The pool was clean and well maintained and the gym has enough for a holiday work out. Breakfast was ok but fired eggs were cold and in water and when I asked the egg lady for fresh ones she wasnt happy as she had tonstop playing with her phone! A beautiful resort, clean comfortable room, friendly attentive staff. An excellent breakfast buffet and lunch at the outdoor restaurant.Our only regret is that as we were booked on full day wildlife tours in the National Park we didn't have enough time to spend enjoying the resort!
