"The apartment is nice with sufficient space for the family. The challenge is the location which is rather off the grid from the town and a very winding road leading to the club. Location wise is quite a challenge. Staff hardly speak any English but they are very nice people. "

The use of all the dark colors is not cheery. A more modern touch would improve the experience. Staff were great. "Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast."
