久しぶりに東横インを利用させてもらいましたが、スタッフの方のチェックイン、朝食会場での対応もよく、部屋も清潔で快適でした。朝食はおにぎりとみそ汁で十分満足でした。また利用したいと思います。

5月のGWに軽井沢観光の拠点に利用しました。車での行動だったので、軽井沢から少し離れているデメリットは全く気になりませんでした。ラグジュアリーを求めなければ、全く問題ない設備内容です。駐車場も止めやすいですが、移動式駐車場なので、深夜の搬入搬出はスタッフさんの手を借りる必要があります。温泉施設はないですので、軽井沢内の温泉巡りで解決しましょう！佐久平駅周辺に食事処は少しあります。ホテルから徒歩で往復できます。軽井沢は高すぎなので、私はこちらで対応しました。お店をうまく選べたようで、満足できました。

徒歩ではコンビニ遠い

出張で利用しました。徒歩ではコンビニが少し遠いですが、駅の蓼科口側にはイオンモールがありましたので、散歩がてら食事と買い物に行きました。

駅からも近く周りも静か、ホテルも綺麗です。 チェックイン、アウトは機械で行うが横にスタッフも居てくれるので操作もフォローしてもらえます。 口コミにも有りましたが朝食のおにぎりは種類もたくさんあってとても美味しかったです。保温されてるので温かいおにぎりを食べれるのが嬉しかった。また再訪の際には、お世話になりますね
