Fantastic location and all staff were friendly. Fantastic service. Slight hiccup with our room on the first day, however Lucus was fantastic dealing with it and it was resolved prompt. Janne, Mary, Marian (and one other lady, who joined us on the cruise, apologies forgot name) were welcoming, professional, friendly and very informative. Nirvana Resort is a lovely place to stay and relax whilst in puerto galera. The resort and the rooms are all finished to high standard and very well maintained. Thorough cleaning everyday stands out as does the cheerful and helpful service from the team at Nirvana. Food is very good, breakfast and dinner extensive menu for all tastes. We will return to Nirvana if we are in puerto galera in future.

Such a beautiful place Eat, Sleep, Relax, Kayaking and one of the best diving in the world. So much to do on the Islands that you need minimum 1 week or maybe more. A wonderful stay at an excellent hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

If you want a hotel right on the main strip and just off the beach, close to all the best bars, restaurants and other amenities ( laundry, pharmacy, massage, mini market) it doesn’t get much better than The Town. Our room was large, clean and well appointed and best of all the Staff were so cheerful and happy to help. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Great little hotel away from the main town, a short 15-20min walk into town, with lovely places to eat along the way and great views too. If you don't fancy the walk, the hotel have complimentary taxi to town, but still very cheap if you needed to pay for one when using out of hours. I felt safe walking to town on my own as a female.
