The booking agent and property had difficulty communicating which lead to a delayed checking and then the next morning they told me I had to pay, even though I had paid Expedia online. Many phone calls later it was eventually resolved. The property itself was alright, but the exterior door is in a sketchy side alley and did not feature a door on the apartment level. "Beautiful hotel, food is amazing, views epic. Only negative is Lawin room, a beach front cottage backs on to a very noisy bar, the music should stop at 10pm, it didn’t one night and the hotel did respond and speak to the bar and they provide earplugs. But whilst having evening showers you do feel like you are at a youth hostel disco! With the base coming into the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but ask not to be near the bar. "
