"I loved this place. Filipino hospitality at its best. Very comfortable, safe and clean. Wi-Fi, AC and hot water shower works great. Free coffee tea and filtered water in common area. Filtered water provided inside the room for convenience too. The family will help arrange tours, laundry, and free drop off to El Nido town. It’s just 10 minutes walking to everything you need in El Nido town, but with a quiet and homey feel. Dining options nearby. Excellent food at Alimos just 2 buildings away. "The staff and the hotel is GREAT!!! The only complaint I have is the airconditioner NEEDS TO BE CLEANED WITH DISINFECTANT. many hotels don’t realize that when the smell of mold and mildew (common in tropics)is coming from the aircon that means the guests are breathing in mold and mildew spores which can make guests sick. I was put on antibiotics and was sick for a week. Highly recommend this happens or I will not be staying again. "

From the pick up to drop off, everything here was top notch. The facilities are great - we had two villas next to each other and our butler’s Ching and Angelo simply made ever detail perfect. "Rooms seams a lil old but they should've maintained it. AC doesn't work right on our first night. THEY NEED A BETTER BREAKFAST AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA. Great view! Laundry across the street. "
