"Room nice and big, Breakfast was good. Only issue was they do not tell you that you need to request room cleaning. 1st day they didn't touch the room, 2nd day all they did was drop off fresh towels. The room was never cleaned during the Thur-Sun stay. A little disappointment. "

"The place smelled clean, carpets vacuumed, BUT..bathroom was GROSS. Tub was disguting needed to wear flip-flops to shower in it which we couldn't because the drain backed up within minutes to your ankles. Also somebody else's hair left in the sink and very obvious nobody is scrubbing the floor tile. The flooring in the room was vinyl plank which would be great if it appeared as if they had washed recently. The entire building was falling apart which was a shame because you could tell that it was a gem of a hotel when it was built"

"This property needs updates very badly. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, bathroom layout is not good (if the shower door happens to be open, it will hit you in the head when you walk into the bathroom because it swings towards the main area AND the shower controls are located in a place where the water sprays on you when you turn it on. Shuttle was not working so they ordered a Lyft to and from the airport, which was fine, except it was not reliable due to the events in town that weekend. I would not count on the hotel providing a shuttle."

"This spot was 5 min from where I needed to be. Hotel was even nicer in person. I stopped in for a burger after a long drive and wow did it ever hit the spot! Great service too! I was especially impressed when they asked how I wanted my burger done. When a burger can be done rare, you know the quality of the meat is good! Rooms were clean & comfy. I noticed the patio door unlocked and mentioned it to the front staff -- they made note and said they would ensure the housekeeping staff did not let it fall through the cracks. I appreciate their courtesy and responsiveness. I checked out the pool too, mainly to get a soak after the long drive. Hot tub was closed, but pool area was nice. There were also a bunch of other groups enjoying the venue (events, parties, families). Overall a great spot and would definitely book again!"

"I was VERY dissatisfied with the cleanliness of our room. My bed was COVERED in brown stains.. the comforts, sheets and pillows! Absolutely DISGUSTING. There was crust and dirt everywhere. This place has clearly never been cleaned properly. Never staying here again. "
