The toilet paper holder fell off the wall as if it had been just placed on holding the toilet paper roll. Not a deal breaker but hotels are expensive and this is reputable chain - not what I would expect. Our room was beside the garbage bins/loading dock and we were woken up early Saturday morning ...

The room was amazing. Clean, spacious and quiet. By far one of the best we have stayed at. Staff was friendly as well. Only concern was the wait for the security deposit.
