Hotel was convenient however was not in great condition. If you’re in the tower closest to the lobby, the rooms are great. If you’re in the second tower in the back, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. No paint, minimal amenities, and worst of all the walls are paper thin. Staff are super friendly and helpful! Very flexible and accommodating too. Otherwise good place if you want to stay close to the Central Station but there are probably better comparable options in the area.

Great alternative to more expensive properties in the area: quiet, clean, comfortable & covenient. If the main focus of your activities is to be out of your room sightseeing, this is a great option.

Our stay was ok, but a few things kept it from being amazing. Served its purpose as a place to sleep but not much else. Rooms are very old. Air conditioner didn’t work the first night and the next day, after 4 attempts to call front desk, we found out the front desk controls the room AC We’ve never experienced this before. Breakfast was a bit expensive for the selection and quality. Shower had draining issues and looks like there were leakage problems from the ceiling in the room above. Staff responsiveness could be better. Was nice that our room was cleaned up while we were out

The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and staff extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. The food was fresh and there was a variety of selections I look forward to staying here again.
