It was amazing

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Was clean, great facilities and easy to check in considering we didn’t speak Japanese.

The reception staff is very good. The room and facilities in the room are worth the price paid. The light in the room is a bit dim but it's okay. The hotel bus driver was very helpful. Overall, everything is very good. I am very impressed.

Variety of breakfast

Great stopover hotel if you're arriving late at Nagoya airport. Very friendly staff!

The staff are very attentive and polite. Very efficient service. We broke our 2 week stay for a trip to Tokyo and the hotel stored our luggage and had it delivered to our rooms before we arrived back. Only downside was that we booked the hotel for the gym, spa and pool but this was only available at an additional charge which was not shown on the Expedia site. I hope that Expedia and Tokyu Hotel clarify this for future guests.

Very modern and new. Excellent breakfast 10/10 for the price

Hotel is a little old fashioned but everything was clean and quite spacious. Check in and then check out were both very quick and easy. Breakfast was pretty good and had a nice view of the surrounding area.

Genuinely lovely hotel, I would stay there again. It's chic, and even the rooms are well designed. The staff were very helpful - I dropped one star because I asked for an iron and it would have been helpful to have had that brought up to my room instead of me awkwardly carrying it up there. The breakfast really was amazing and had different Nagoya foods. I looked for ward to the breakfast every day. I would genuinely stay there again.
