"My balcony overlooked the beach and pleasure pier. The room was updated and had liquid soap with lotion on wall by sink and soap shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The room doesn’t have a coffee maker inside fyi but does have a refrigerator. The odd thing was only 3 pillows on the beds in both rooms I rented. I guess I’d have to call to get a 4th pillow but I was tired and didn’t by the time I realized this and we stayed only one night."

"Shower didn’t work all front desk said was maintenance would be at 8 that was all. We had to call and ask for another room key so we could shower before checking out. Property is run down rooms are half cleaned. Overall just a poor conditioned hotel. Looks like they are remodeling but looks to be a half ass one at best. I would never stay here again probably the worst experience ever. "

"In the description it said that breakfast was included but at the end it wasnt. And the price for breakfast was $16 dlls for each person. $8 dlls + $15 dlls fee extra per day which it wasnt on the information when doing the reservation. Its not really just about the price but paying all the fees and for a poor service its Not worth it. When i got there i was told waters would be included and towells and blach blah blah but when i asked for waters the lady said that it would take a minute but she never did. When we ended up going for the waters we got only 2 small bottles. The bathroom was dirty when i got there. I wouldnt really get a room here again tbh it was aright but not that good. "

"My family arrived on the later side of the evening. We were exhausted from traveling and wanted nothing more than to get some sleep. Unfortunately, they gave us a room on the first floor. Close enough to the lobby that we heard every kid crying, family talking, door closing like it was in our room. The walls are THIN. The worst part of the stay was the beds. They were HARD and uncomfortable. I might as well have slept on the floor. Even the kids were complaining the next day that they were sore from the beds. Luckily we only stayed one night. They seemed to have a lot of nice amenities, but I cannot speak to them. We did not use any. They failed at the most important piece of a hotel stay, a comfortable night's rest. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Breakfast was nice, but the real stars of the show here were the receptionists Dana & Heather! Heather changed us to a different room when the AC was cronky and loud. Dana organised a taxi as I was having trouble with my mobile data. Without these two exceptional employees, it's just another hotel."

"The room was in excellent condition, but I guess at some point we realized this was more like a hostel than a hotel (probably our fault for not researching) with a bunch of teenagers hanging around in the lobby. Was a bit suprised by the limited food options on-site, but again our fault, not the hotels."
