Staff was very friendly, housekeeping is nice! Not a huge breakfast selection just waffles, yogurt, mini muffins, and instant oatmeal, cereal and fruit. (NO MEAT OR EGGS) Orange and apple juice, milk and coffee. But I mean it's something! Stay has been pleasant, not a lot of traffic or outside noise.

The pillows were not pillows, bumpy and small. The bed was extremely small. The air conditioner was very loud and kept us up all night. It sounded like someone was peeling out in the parking lot every hour, but it was the air conditioner starting up. We were woken up by a man screaming and banging on doors looking for a Courtney and a Ricky. When we left extremely early due to the noise, there were face and hand marks on my windows and handles due to someone looking in my car and trying to get in. I will never stay here again, this was not like any La Quinta I have ever stayed at. Staff was nice but it won’t make up for the poor conditions.

I didn’t read the description very well. I thought it was going to be a hotel/Inn not a motel. I didn’t use the bathtub it looked rather grungy. Twice for breakfast they were out of orange juice. Two days the only bread was white bread. There wasn’t any eggs or pork available for breakfast just oatmeal, waffles and three types of cereal. The king size bed was comfortable. It is near train tracks. The room was big and hade a desk and a lounge chair. One of the lights near the bed didn’t have a light bulb. Plus the swimming pool wasn’t available. If I would have known that I would have chosen a hotel closer to my relatives on Cimmaron Ave.

The sink wouldn't drain; I had to pick my hair out myself to get it to drain. The coffee maker has a very short cord. I had to crawl under the table to reach the outlet and make coffee. The light bulbs weren't screwed in all the way. A previous customer left some coffee papers behind, and I asked that only coffee be left for me. I think things like that need to be taken care of. Otherwise, it's a nice, quiet place.

There was mold on the shower ceiling, previous leaks that bubbled the paint in multiple areas around the room, smoke detector was removed, and worst of all, there was a pungent odor that filled the room that you could literally taste. I believe it came from the discusting a/c and heat unit in the room. Smelled like a thick mildew. This room was the worst I've stayed in a really long time. The odd thing about it was when I called to make reservations, I was quoted over $500 for the 2 day stay. I got a much better deal with Expedia at $155. I couldnt even stay the second day, the smell was so unbearable.
