Great stay overall. The rooms were modern, very clean, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The property also has a lot of activities for kids, which made it perfect for families. I’d definitely stay here again.

Did not have hot water during my stay and had to shower with cold water. I reported the issue to the front desk and was moved to three different rooms, yet the problem was never resolved. When I woke up the following morning, there was still no hot water available. When I spoke to the front desk again, I was told that many guests had already reported the issue and that they even had CEOs staying at the hotel. The way this was communicated made me feel as though my complaint was less important or less valid than others. Every guest deserves the same level of comfort and service. Due to this experience and the lack of resolution, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The room was clean and comfortable, however, the room location wasn't great. It was right by a main door into the building, and it was so noisy. The door banged very loudly each time someone went in and out which was a lot. It was very hard to sleep. They did say we could change rooms but by then we had everything unpacked and had gone to bed, so we toughed it out. There was also a strange strong smell when you walked in the building, like they were trying to mask some odor. It traveled down the hallway, too.
