The staff was over the top and amazing. My flight was overnight and I missed my stay for the night but the lady at the front desk extended my checkout until the afternoon so I could at least take a night. Amazing property and in such a beautiful neighborhood as well. Would definitely come back!

Our stay was nice. Overall it is in a great location. 15 min walk from many important things. Also centrally located where taxi rides were short and direct. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s worth the price we paid. $1000 a night is steep considering what you get. In addition, the beds are rock hard. Considering it is a hotel first, and sleep is the primary role, you’d think the beds would be more plush. I’ll probably stay in a different place when I go back. Maybe Kensington.

"There were not enough staff in the Restaurant or the Bar. At Breakfast, tables were not cleared; Food items not replenished etc. Staff were trying hard though it seemed. Only one person at the Bar at one stage who had clearly not been trained sufficiently e.g. she did not know how to open a bottle ..."
