Stayed for one night, 10th June 2023, the hosts Huw and Kirsty couldn't have been more welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We were shown to our room and Huw explained that it was next on the list for renovation, but it was more than adequate. Please don't change that bed 😁. Several breakfast options, went for the full Welsh breakfast, tasted amazing. Seriously, couldn't fault it, would definitely go back if in the area.

Our 3rd visit to this wonderful hotel and we are already booking for December where they have lovely open log fires just adding to the surrounds. Ian also delighted they have relaxed the lounge menu which can now be eaten at tables. Quite right too so great management decision. Their main menu is a wonderful 5 courses but if staying more than a day then it’s nice to have a more relaxed menu choice which this time we had. Spacious room, great modern bathroom and all the amenities you need. Would stay again

Whilst I was originally offered a disabled room which I rejected (I had not asked for one) the alternative was superb. I also had a problem with the shower which meant that we had to shower in an alternative room until this was corrected, so not a good start. Having said that the staff were extremely understanding and helpful and the beautiful location more than made up for these minor irritations. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Great dog friendly B&B! lovely room and very clean. Great bar and restaurant area and very good food. Highly recommended!

Plenty of equipment i.e cot +other items and fixings for stair gate

The cabin was warm and comfortable It was well equiped. The road getting to it was narrow but manageable with care. The road surface was good. The view from the front was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Really had a lovely time. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Loved the pool and sauna. I made use of the spa as well. I would go back.

Very good and especially for the price. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. Wifi excellent and included in the price paid. Good facility as expected ie tea, coffee. Only thing to be mindful of for other guests would be to say the property doesnt make clear that they wont send you details of how to self check in until the actual day of your arrival, as you need a door pincode to access your room, and its very difficult to make contact with the property. The cottage is situated amongst farmland environment. We received a great welcome and very helpful information for good eating and trips. Excellent views Kevin and Tracey were very welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Overall a wonderful stay and I highly recommend them.

Lovely property in stunning location with lovely touches-Prosecco, cake, “emergency meal”, etc My only problem was in terms of getting information about access/key. I think this was because I booked through Hotels.com and the property is principally let through Sykes Cottages so I don’t think anyone would have sent me access information if I hadn’t badgered! Once I got the information it was very straightforward.

The property settings was just perfect, quiet with beautiful views. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean. Host was friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you

We loved the flat..lots of good memories for us...the view from the lounge is all you need....all that would have improved it woukd have been a smart tv so we could have seen Iplayer...

It is located down a farm track on the farm grounds. Surrounded by fields and views of mountains, it’s just stunning. You have just what you need, a bed, tv, bathroom, kettle, toaster, hob and microwave. Take your own food and you won’t have to see a soul. Sadly for us, we had a problem with our vehicle but the lovely owners let us leave it at the farm whilst we got parts for it. The owners are lovely and friendly

Brilliant rural location, but also close to bus and train stops. The final direction to go down the narrow road that says farm only would be helpful. One bedroom is accessed via the single room, which I didn't pick up from the listing. Comfortable, rural house, very friendly and helpful owners. The beautiful beach is about 40 mins walk. The coast bus is ideal for walking from the neighborouing villages up rivers to see waterfalls, and onto hill moorland.

We have stayed at the old barns several times they are all great.

We stayed at this lovely apartment 19th-23rd February on arrival it was easy to acess and clean we are a family of 4 two teens who’ve both said they’d visit again. The apartment is a five minute walk to the train station and the town and the beach is opposite. Just a shame it weren’t pet friendly!
