There were 3 issues which made this stay terrible. The last issue was the worst. 1. No hot water which was discovered after 10:30 PM. No change with the morning shower. 2. The cable/cord controlling the window was broken, allowing an external light to shine inside the road all night. Clearly it was not a new break. 3. The nonchalant attitude of the desk personnel the next morning was most disturbing. My wife asked me to "just let it go ". I did but i wish i didn't.

The housekeeping staff was rude and disrespectful. The day after I checked out they charged my card $77.97 for damaged towels. Which was a lie probably from house keeping who was being rude because I requested more towels after going swimming and it was 4 of us ladies. When I called about the transaction the front desk said we had surgery and got something on the towels. I was completely taken back by that accusation. We only stayed one night coming back from vacation on a cruise to catch our flight the next day.
