This property is very disgusting dirty water leaking from the roof my bed roaches and tge staff there are very rude and they charge a $100 deposit for a hotel.thats only worth $25 a night

The worst experience of my life, I have never been in a hotel with such a bad appearance as today. We immediately requested a refund, but it was denied. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

When I checked in the staff was very unprofessional. Need to train on proper customer service. Then the I get on the elevator to get to my room and was terrified, I heard a big bang and thought the whole thing was going to fall. Obviously something the facility is ignoring and can potentially be the death of someone some day. The walls in the room are terribly thin, you can hear everything in the next room over. I can go on and on but needless to say, the outside look a lot better than the service you’re paying for. I will not book here again.
