"If you are thinking about staying at the Palms just do it! I really liked that it wasn’t a huge resort. Every single person I met was very nice and always helpful. I didn’t want to bother with a car and dining options at the resort and within walking distance were great! Ubers were easy and relatively inexpensive. I was looking for a chill but luxury vibe. The Palms exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back in the future. "

"The resort location , but it needs more upgrades, the rugs are very old and sofa bed are also very old and not clean it could definitely be better . I’m an old customer at this hotel and it needs more renovations . Overall I felt confortable , great customer service every where / easy check in and out . Definitely we will be back 😊"

"Overall it was a decent stay being directly across from the beach and Starbucks was a perk. The lounge are needs upgrading. Specifically on the front porch area. The lunch tables are out of touch and very uncomfortable to try and relax in."
